Freelance journalist, writer and videomaker, Giulia Bondi works for Q Code Magazine, Liberetà, Galatea. She coordinates participatory workshops and digital storytelling projects. Her works appeared on Internazionale.it, L’Espresso, Popoli, Peacereporter, Il Mucchio, Rai television. She published “Ritorno a Montefiorino”, history of II World War in Modena area, with Ermanno Gorrieri and “Io sono di Braida”, stories from a multiethnic neighborhood, with Luigi Ottani. With collective reportage “Diversi sguardi olimpici” she won Ilaria Alpi journalistic prize 2006. Graduated in Economics and Social Sciences at Bocconi University in Milan, she attended several reportage and journalism courses. She speaks fluent English, good Portuguese and French, basic Serbo-Croatian and Spanish. She is currently vice president of Istituto storico di Modena, an institution focused on research and cultural initiatives about contemporary history and the Resistance movement in Italy.
